#12L14 Steel
Round Solid

Lead bearing cold drawn steel. It offers inherent ductility combined with finer surface quality. Since 12L14 is an extraordinary machining steel it has become the favorite carbon steel for machining, especially on light weight lathes. 12L14 has a smooth cold finish (rolled) surface. Small sizes are sold in 3 foot lengths only.

Round Solid

Highly corrosion resistant and non-magnetic. It has non-galling and non-seizing qualities which allow for easy machining and is better for lighter equipment if welding is not required. Free machining for heavier cuts in automatic machining operations. Sold in 3 foot or 1 foot lengths only.
